CCCC Mini-Conference 2022
Thank you to all who joined us in person and those of you who joined us online for our first foray in a mini-conference since the start of this Covid pandemic. It was very exciting to be able to attend this in person. I have missed the corridor talks and friendships that grow out of them. The rollos presented by Father Emmanuel Ekanem and Allan Forsberg were excellent! The enthusiasm they expressed on their topics just drew us more and more into the mentality, and essence of the Charism, bringing us back to our roots. The Holy Spirit guided their words and actions, which flowed into all of us and were reflected during the table sharing and the plenary. And know that these rollos are available to your communities for studying and deepening your faith journey. I would like to thank our hosts who graciously welcomed us, the Cursillistas of Grande Prairie. Especially his Grace, Archbishop Gerard Pettipas, who let us use the Chancery Office for our three-day meeting before the mini-conference and invited us to his home for a delicious supper. Allan and Mindy Forsberg, Marg Popek and Bill Watchorn, and Marcel and Jeannine Brideau for opening their doors and billeting us out-of-town people. Their hospitality and generosity were overwhelming, to say the least! De Colores and Ultreya!
